I was blown away by how my team were so ready to learn and be uncomfortable and genuinely be able to take away such important messaging around what connection that has to country, understanding that its so much more than the “land”.

I am so grateful for the experience.

The Wanyara Corporate Program:

  • Builds cultural awareness and appreciation

  • Supports workplaces to commit to learning, unlearning and relearning across key business areas

  • Increases the confidence of employees in interacting with First Nations peoples in the context of their work

  • Supports organisations to meaningfully support their First Nations staff and create a culturally safe workplace

  • Equips businesses with the skills to meaningfully and respectfully engage with First Nations communities

We develop and refine our sessions collaboratively with our clients to ensure that they are appropriate to the current level of cultural understanding within the business, and are relevant to organisational needs and aspirations.

Our programs can be delivered face-to-face, virtually or in dual mode to support diverse business needs. All our workshops are delivered by First Nations facilitators.

Cultural Education in the Corporate Space

The Wanyara Corporate Program supports organisations to build cultural understanding, develop cultural capability to connect to First Nations peoples and communities with respect and reciprocity, and translate intent into meaningful impact.

Our workshops aim to challenge the knowledge gaps experienced by many people about First Nations peoples. Our sessions are interactive and hands-on, encouraging active learning and accountability in this journey of building cultural understanding.
